Thank you for shopping at ScentLab.com. We want you to love your fragrance experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Pre-Made Fragrances: Must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with all protective seals intact.

  • Custom Blends: Because custom fragrances are mixed specifically to your personal preference, all sales of custom-blended perfumes are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Discovery Sets & Samples: Must be unopened in their original wrapper.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@scentlab.com with:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. A brief explanation of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the item and shipping packaging

We will issue a full replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email returns@scentlab.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Label: Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically reflect on your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
