1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Doorstep Delivery: All standard domestic orders are delivered directly to your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days after processing.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all standard orders.

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy Free Doorstep Delivery on all orders over $50.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a live tracking link.

  • You can monitor your package's delivery progress at any time directly through our courier partner's portal.

4. Signature & Delivery Instructions

  • To ensure your parcel reaches you safely, our courier will deliver it directly to your address.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, the courier driver will attempt a re-delivery on the next business day or contact you via phone/WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Delays

While we guarantee dispatch times, minor delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, high-volume holiday periods, or carrier disruptions. If your parcel takes longer than 3 working days, please reach out to our team immediately.
